Herbal Tea Base Formula for Ongoing Stress

Ongoing Stress Base Formula

4 parts Holy Basil
4 parts Milky Oat Tops
3 parts Chamomile
3 parts Hawthorne
2 parts Nettle

Mix all the herbs together. To measure out a “part” you can use a anything, such as as a water glass, a scoop of your hand, an actual measurement like and ounce, etc.

Parts are just ratios.

In a quart jar, add ½ – 1 cup of herb. Fill jar with boiling water and cover. Let infuse minimum 15 minutes, up to overnight. Strain (or don’t) and drink throughout the day.

Drink 1 quart daily for several months, especially in times of stress.

If you don’t have a jar, you can put the herbs right into the pot and cover. You can add any herbs you like in addition.
